DO YOU KNOW: Marijuana May Lower Bone Density Than Cigarette Smokers
Study finds heavy users have lower bone density than cigarette smokers
People who are very heavy users of pot have more than twice the risk of suffering a broken bone compared to people who only smoke tobacco cigarettes, the study found. Heavy pot users also had lower bone density compared to cigarette smokers, the researchers said. "The take-home point for patients is relatively clear: heavy marijuana use does not promote bone health," said Dr. Matthew Hepinstall. 10 Best Disease-Fighting Foods To Improve Men's Health
Men are different from women in all kinds of ways -- including their nutritional needs. Just as women need particular nutrients during pregnancy or for protection from breast cancer, men need nutrients that can help them maintain muscle mass, prevent prostate cancer, and more.
Many foods that tend to be favorites among men are not the best choices for good health. Yet a healthy diet and regular physical activity can help prevent heart disease and cancer, the No. 1 and No. 2 killers for men over 35. They can also enhance performance, from the board room to the bedroom.
Christine Gerbstadt, MD, RD, notes that any food that is good for the cardiovascular system is also good for erectile function in men.

Prevent Premature Baldness ( Quick Remedies)
Having a strong, healthy and glossy hair is surely a blessing. However, people are not fortunate enough to get that unicorn hair we all dream about. Many people lose their hair in the early 20’s which might lead to baldness at a very young age. Baldness can be considered as one of the severe traumatic conditions most men could ever face.
Experiencing baldness in middle ages seems ordinary, but at the very young age it is something more like a disorder. Causes for baldness may vary in hundreds but the most common reasons are hormonal imbalances, hereditary reasons, nutritional deficiencies and by incorporating unhealthy lifestyles.
Most men are prone to premature balding, which makes them feel low when compared to people with healthy strong hair. Everyone loses few follicles of hair each day, which is a common problem these days. You need not freak out for the same reason or go paranoid in affording high end hair products.

causes of low sperm count
The production of sperm is a complex process and requires normal functioning of the testicles (testes) as well as the hypothalamus and pituitary glands — organs in your brain that produce hormones that trigger sperm production. Once sperm are produced in the testicles, delicate tubes transport them until they mix with semen and are ejaculated out of the penis. Problems with any of these systems can affect sperm production.
Also, there can be problems of abnormal sperm shape (morphology), movement (motility) or function.
However, often the cause of low sperm count isn't identified.
Medical causes
Low sperm count can be caused by a number of health issues and medical treatments. Some of these include:
